Meet Our Volunteers

The Hyalite Rural Fire District has 48 Volunteer Firefighters. We have a resident program that provides full-time housing for 8 volunteers at our Sourdough Fire Station. Three additional volunteers are in the full-time resident program at the Rae House, next door to the Rae Fire Station on Gooch Hill Rd.
